The shipping/freight cost for your purchase is either calculated per order based on product weight and ship-to location, or in some cases is FREE for certain pet products and other products and destinations. If we are in a position to offer free freight, the words FREE SHIPPING will be displayed on the main product page or main product image. Where we are unable to offer free shipping due to the size or weight of your item such as bulky dog beds, we do our best to minimise freight costs by simply passing through the standard Australia Post or courier fees, where possible without additional cost. Freight cost if any, will be calculated in the checkout stage of the shopping cart and presented before final purchase.

We do not deliver to all areas of Australia, so to avoid unnecessary frustration please read the following description carefully and contact us before purchase if you have any questions.
We offer delivery to the following areas only –
· All areas of Victoria (including Wodonga/Albury), Tasmania & Australian Capital Territory
· Brisbane and Brisbane Suburbs, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Queensland Coastal Towns
· Sydney and Sydney Suburbs, NSW Central Coast, Wollongong
· Adelaide and Adelaide Suburbs
· Perth and Perth Suburbs
· All areas of Northern Territory
Whilst we are currently unable to offer delivery to other areas, we are working to add the following locations to our delivery network at a later date.
Regional Queensland, Some further areas of Regional NSW, Regional South Australia, Regional Western Australia
* Important note: whilst our website may allow you to still place and pay for an order for delivery to an area outside of our current delivery network, if we are unable to ship products to your location, we will contact you and arrange to refund your full purchase price as required.
Delivery of your pet products, dog beds, pet supplies and all of our products is by third-party courier and where possible we will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that depending on product and warehouse shipping location, tracking information may take 1 - 3 business days to be available and this tracking information might be emailed to you separately from your original purchase invoice.
Please ensure the delivery address you provide for your order, is both correct and able to accept parcel deliveries. Unfortunately, many third party couriers will not deliver to a PO Box and therefore your parcel delivery address needs to be a physical address,
WSE Trading is not liable or responsible for lost items where delivery tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided.
WSE Trading uses multiple suppliers and warehouses for the shipping of products. Please be aware, orders containing more than one product could be delivered as multiple consignments depending on products selected and which shipping warehouse these products are supplied from. Tracking will be provided where possible.
We are an online retailer only, pick up of orders is not available.
