The shipping/freight cost for your purchase is either calculated per order based on product weight and ship-to location, or in some cases is FREE for certain pet products and other products and destinations. If we are in a position to offer free freight, the words FREE SHIPPING will be displayed on the main product page or main product image. Where we are unable to offer free shipping due to the size or weight of your item such as bulky dog beds, we do our best to minimise freight costs by simply passing through the standard Australia Post or courier fees, where possible without additional cost. Freight cost if any, will be calculated in the checkout stage of the shopping cart and presented before final purchase.

We do not deliver to all areas of Australia, so to avoid unnecessary frustration please read the following description carefully and contact us before purchase if you have any questions. Delivery times can vary depending on destination, and expected delivery times that we may quote to you by email, phone or other communication form should only be taken as an estimation. Order deliveries are undertaken by third party couriers and we have no control over their delivery times or schedules.
We offer delivery to the following areas only –
· All areas of Victoria (including Wodonga/Albury), Tasmania & Australian Capital Territory
· Brisbane and Brisbane Suburbs, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Ipswich, Queensland Coastal Towns
· Sydney and Sydney Suburbs, NSW Central Coast, Wollongong and most of non-remote NSW
· Adelaide, Adelaide Suburbs and non-remote Regional South Australia
· Perth and Perth Suburbs
Unfortunately we are currently unable to offer delivery to other areas, such as:
Regional Western Queensland, some remote areas of Regional NSW, Regional Western Australia, Northern Territory and Smaller Australian Islands not connected by road to the Australian mainland and locations within remote ranges and deserts.
* Important note: whilst our website may allow you to still place and pay for an order for delivery to an area outside of our current delivery network, if we are unable to ship products to your location, we will contact you and arrange to refund your full purchase price as required.
Delivery of your pet products, dog beds, pet supplies and all of our products is by third-party courier and where possible we will provide tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that depending on product and warehouse shipping location, tracking information may take 1 - 3 business days to be available and this tracking information might be emailed to you separately from your original purchase invoice.
Please ensure the delivery address you provide for your order, is both correct and able to accept parcel deliveries. Unfortunately, many third party couriers will not deliver to a PO Box and therefore your parcel delivery address needs to be a physical address.

We cannot provide guaranteed delivery by a particular date or time, but under normal circumstances, our couriers will deliver within normal and reasonable transit times. Order deliveries are undertaken by third party couriers and we have no control over their delivery times or schedules.
WSE Trading is not liable or responsible for lost items where delivery tracking shows the item was delivered to the address provided. WSE Trading, their suppliers or couriers are not liable for lost or damaged parcels, where authority has been given by the buyer to leave a parcel at the final destination without signature if no one is in attendance at time of delivery. WSE Trading encourages buyers to provide a delivery address where someone will be in attendance.
All buyer special instructions (such as authority to leave or phone prior to delivery) will be provided to the third party courier. WSE Trading can only request though, some couriers may not be able phone prior to delivery or due to security or weather conditions at time of parcel delivery, the courier has final discretion as to whether it is safe to leave your parcel.
By choosing to provide the courier with Authority To Leave instructions or 'safe drop' option, we will NOT be able to offer any additional assistance if your order is lost or goes missing after it has been shown to be delivered by the courier. Leaving the parcel unattended where the customer has provided authority to do so, is at the risk of the customer.
WSE Trading uses multiple suppliers and warehouses for the shipping of products. Please be aware, orders containing more than one product could be delivered as multiple consignments depending on products selected and which shipping warehouse these products are supplied from. Tracking will be provided where possible.
